With your consent, we may obtain a credit report about you or your business from a credit reporting body to assess and arrange finance. We may also share the information you give us with a lender, and the lender may disclose information about your application and any resulting credit to a credit reporting body in accordance with its own credit reporting policy.

We hold credit information securely and use it only to assess and arrange your finance. If we are required to notify you of a refusal based on credit information, we will do so and identify the credit reporting body involved.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us online.
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal obligations, which for credit files is generally seven years after our relationship ends. We then destroy or de-identify it.
